Our Program

Recycle Bicycle is a program developed and operated by Emission Neutral that accepts broken or unused bicycles and fixes them up for service in partnership with local bike shops in every metropolitan area. We aim to work with small, local shops rather than large commercial operations and these bikes are free of charge to eligible commuters who are able to use them instead of fossil fuel type transportation.
