Reforestation
Sponsoring reforestation projects around British Columbia helps to plant new trees which soak up CO2 emissions where damage from fires or pine beatle and other environmental harm has occured. Local examples of reforestation can be found at the Cheakamus Community Forest near Squamish, the Quadra Island Rainforest Conservation Project and the Great Bear Rainforest Conservation Project on Haida Gwaii.
